Purchasing an annual subscription to R18LabQMS® is easy.

 

Below, you’ll read the steps involved and the information you should have handy when filling out the purchase form.

  1. Determine the number of subscriptions you want. Our service operates with one lab as the “Primary Lab” and other labs as “Satellite Labs”. Each lab has its own annual subscription and data.
  2. The purchase of the subscriptions occurs at the Asphalt Institute’s web store. You can click on the link to the store at the bottom of this page.
  3. After you purchase at the store, you’ll receive an email receipt for your purchase. We also receive notification you’ve subscribed.
  4. You’ll hear from us within two business days of your purchase. We will confirm the details for your purchase and discuss training and set-up options.A few important notes:
    1. Access to the R18LabQMS® system is granted once payment is received. If you elect to pay with a check, this means your access will be granted after we receive the check. 
    2. If you choose to pay with a credit or debit card, please make sure your transaction limit will allow our subscription fee. We don’t want you to go through the purchase process only to have it fail due to a charging limit.
    3. We will send you messages about the service from time to time. Please make sure your IT/Email administrator allows mail from our domain (r18labqms.com) to bypass spam filters.
